A summary of the proposed trip and service fee will be provided to clients before travel planning services begin.
Travel services will begin upon receipt of completed traveler forms and payment for the invoiced service fee. The service fee reflects the provision of all services contemplated at the time of initial consultation. This fee is non-refundable and covers planning services only; no portion of this fee represents the cost of travel itself.
Additional non-refundable service fees may be assessed for certain services that are not included in the base service fee. See the Fee Schedule below for details.
$100 per booking
Waived: when client provides specific dates and service/supplier.
From $250 per household
Includes custom itinerary with accommodations, tours, activities, and transfers.
$100 per hotel per household*
Includes up to 3 options per destination.

For cancellations received after deposit and confirmation.
